How it all started
Neptune Software was founded back in 2011 when Ole-André Haugen and Njal Stabel, two experienced SAP consultants and old friends, realized of the complexities about SAP and decided to create a new solution that would make developers lives easier. Neptune DXP was created as a rapid app development platform that digitizes and optimizes business processes and user interfaces – at scale and with ease. We now have more than 660 enterprise customers and over 3.5 million licensed end users globally.

Since 2012, Andreas has brought innovative leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, and strategic foresight to the Neptune Software team. With more than 20 years of experience in the IT and software fields, he is a strong business leader that understands the technology landscape and what enterprises need to succeed in this digital future.
With his passionate leadership style, he believes that career wellbeing is foundational to a company’s success, along with trust and dedication. Yet leading a company where employees have fun at what they are doing rises above anything else.

With more than 25 years of experience in the enterprise software business, Ole-André’s expertise is at the intersection of technology, business and forefront technology. He’s been involved in more than 40 SAP projects as a consultant, partner, development, and project manager. An entrepreneur and tech nerd at heart who has started five companies, improving and learning new things is his passion and Neptune Software is his home.
When he’s not working, Ole-André loves traveling the world with his family, making food, and enjoying good wine.LinkedIn

Matthias is a seasoned technologist with 20 years of experience in the enterprise software business, focusing on SAP. A software engineer by trade, he’s now a product manager by choice. He enjoys working at the intersection of engineering, go-to-market, and product marketing. He is well respected in the SAP ecosystem, regularly speaking at international software development conferences.
A father of four and part-time triathlete, Matthias is a world traveler and aspiring global citizen.

As Chief Sales Officer, Frode is seasoned in sales management, building sales departments, process development, and motivating teams. He is driven by building, motivating and helping customers succeed in their digital transformation journey. A certified business coach who is skilled in showcasing cutting-edge expertise in sales and management, he is a clear, fair leader who is often described as a trustworthy, conscientious, and solution-oriented person who knows how to get things done.
Outside of work, Frode is a father of two that enjoys traveling with his family, as well as spending quality time in the outdoors hiking, fishing and cooking.
Yann de Mautort

A seasoned CFO who is passionate about strategic business development, Yann brings many years of experience successfully leading multiple technology companies to his work at Neptune Software. With a background in consulting, equity sales, corporate finance, and investment management, he enjoys collaborating to create successful long-term value and potential growth opportunities.
Yann grew up in Paris and lives in Oslo with his partner and two children. He enjoys spending summers at his cabin in southern Norway.

With more than 20 years of extensive experience in the enterprise IT and consulting space, Elling brings his knowledge from large scale ERP integration & mobility projects, enterprise architecture, and IT procurement areas to Neptune Software, where he helps enterprises build tools to support and mobilize their business processes.
When Elling is not out experiencing our colourful world, he is excited to come home to his family and outdoor activities on spare time.

With more than 30 years of extensive enterprise experience, Klaus and his dedicated team of senior employees help clients to assure Customer Success. Klaus’ rare combination of fantastic business skills, excellent grip on the subject and being a standout communicator with the ability to simplify complex matters result in long-lasting client relationships based on mutual trust.
Klaus lives with his wife, two grown-up children and a Border Collie in Oslo and enjoys initiating actions helping environmental improvements, as well as spending family-based quality time.

Claudia brings her experience driving a global marketing strategy by pushing technology to the forefront to work at Neptune Software. Working for big brands like Puma and BMW, Claudia started in 2017, to help build Neptune Software’s marketing department and brand from the ground up by delivering large-scale marketing projects with high-impact results. An excellent team player with strong multi-cultural awareness. She is an authentic leader who builds close, long-lasting connections with the team and external stakeholders.
Claudia is an avid traveler who enjoys relaxing beaches, fine red wines, and discovering new food experiences.
For me, the key to successful digital change lies in the right technical tools. My vision as Managing Director of Neptune Software in Germany is to bridge the gap between business and IT and to move the DACH market towards a true digital transformation. I am certain that this is a question of digitization from process to process, creating a new work culture with agile methods and cross-functional teams.
