How Johnson & Johnson is Creating a New Digital Supply Chain Transformation Using Neptune DX Platform

Johnson & Johnson is creating digital supply chain transformation using Neptune DX Platform.

Johnson & Johnson launched their first Global Mobile Portal in 2013 using SAP which kick-started their digital supply chain transformation. This portal was run across desktops, smartphones, and tablets. In 2014, they continued to improve their portal by launching custom Fiori mobile apps for Workflow Approvals. As the future was changing, they knew they needed more to continue to improve their digital supply chain. In 2016 Johnson & Johnson decided to implement Neptune Software and the Neptune DX Platform for SAP IM/WM, PM, AutoID, GRC and over 20 other apps.

In this video, see why in 2018, Johnson & Johnson decided to take the next step and implemented Neptune DX Platform Open Edition (Planet 9) to further improve the use of their Data Experience Platform and continue their digital supply chain transformation journey. This implementation helped them further streamline their processes, lower costs in creating apps using low code, and continued to improve their user experience.
