Vodafone is known for providing a top-notch customer experience, however, their employee user experience with their current processes did not match that of their customers. To keep with their mission and values, they wanted to fix that. Vodafone wanted to revamp their employee’s user experience by providing tools that were easy to use and provided a smarter way of managing approvals across their systems. The only problem was whatever solution they used to meet their goals needed to stay consistent with their already planned out digital roadmap that was web-based and Fiori-esc.

With the help of Neptune Software’s platform, Vodafone was able to create over 51 applications rolled out to over 140,000 users. These applications not only integrated with their SAP systems but their non-SAP systems as well. They were able to maximize the value of their existing systems, and stick to their already mapped out digital roadmap. The applications are also easy to use, decreasing training time and leading to an increase in employee engagement. The Neptune DX Platform now works as a universal workflow application tool for Vodafone around HR, CRM, Supplier Relationship Management, and Warehouse Management.
