Takeda was looking for a way to digitize their plant maintenance activities in order to streamline their business processes and create a better experience for their end-users. They wanted to find a new, modern solution that would be able to integrate completely with their SAP modules and also be available to users offline with automatic syncing when they came back online. Takeda also wanted to have a self-service password reset and error management ability within their solution.

Together, with one of our partners, Takeda was able to implement the Neptune DX Platform across all of their plant maintenance activities for over 4,000 end-users which streamlined their business process. The new set of applications can be used across multiple devices and integrates with the existing SAP landscape. They now enjoy offline syncing with a unified user experience end-users can’t get enough of. They have a solution for work orders, notifications, goods movement, equipment information, inventory inspection lots, service entry sheets and error management. In the end, they created a way to be more efficient in utilizing their resources saving time and money.
