Dussmann Group goes live in 3 months with 23 apps for firstline and desk workers

Dussmann Group is a company that is made up of 65,000 employees and has 21 countries included in their company portfolio. This being said, they had an IT landscape that can only be described as its own universe. Some employees had over 40 passwords to remember just to get their work completed digitally. This being said, out of the 65,000 employees, only 15% of them were running in a digital world – the rest all had to receive internal communications and HR updates via printed documents, sent by mail.
Out of these 65,000 employees, 19,000 reside in the DACH region and a team across different functionalities decided it was time to change. It was time to aim to work paperless, start processing data faster and involve employees more directly, and bundle processes across different systems into one portal. Thus, My Dussmann was born.
In this session, you will learn about Dussmann’s employee portal which they began creating in July of 2020 together with Neptune Software on Neptune DXP and launched 23 initial apps within three months.
